Mt Ngongotaha provides the backdrop to the garden which clopes down to the Ngongotaha Stream. At the top level is a large mixed border of roses and perennials intersected by stone walled steps. ON the lower level ponga lined pathways wind their way through mixed plantings of flowering shrubs, rhododendrons, ferns and natives.
