When you purchase a ticket you will also receive a booklet listing all the gardens and detailed maps to help you find them.
Each ticket allows entry to all of the gardens at any time over the 3 days of the festival. Most gardens are open daily between 9.00 am – 5.00 pm, but some may vary. Please check the garden booklet for opening times of each garden.

How to Order
Tickets can be ordered for postal delivery by:
Online – email firstname.lastname@example.org. Payment may be made by bank transfer to the Rotorua District Festival of Gardens bank account 03-1552-0138002-00 (inc $2.50 per ticket for p&p). All payments to have the following reference : surname followed by no. of tickets – eg Rainbow4
Mail - Write to :-Rotorua Festival of Gardens, PO Box 2264, Rotorua 3040. Cheques to be made out to Rotorua District Festival of Gardens (inc $2.50 per ticket for p&p).

Group Bookings / Bus Tours
To save on postage and packaging we are happy to post booklets to the organiser(s) and deliver the rest of your tickets to your Rotorua accommodation ready for your arrival on the Festival weekend.
When ordering by either of the above methods please provide the name and full postal address of the organiser(s), contact phone number, name of group and no. of booklets required (for advance planning purposes) – plus name and street address of your Rotorua accommodation, and date of arrival.
If you are planning on having refreshments at any of the gardens, please contact them direct to book ahead. Phone numbers are provided in the booklet.
