The 2023 Rotorua Festival of Gardens is run by a group of dedicated and talented volunteers who have been in planning mode since September 2022. This committee of local women brings a variety of business, administration, creative, and project management skills to the table. As an Incorporated Society, the Rotorua Festival of Gardens operates under a formal structure, including rules set out in our constitution.
Headed by President Carol Bannister (who is also managing ticket sales), the president is supported by committee members:
