Bayleys Scan & Win Competition – Terms & Conditions

 

Promoter:
Success Realty Ltd, Bayleys, Licensed under the REA Act 2008

 

Eligibility:

• Participants must be aged 18 years or older to enter.

• Employees of Success Realty Ltd, Bayleys, and their immediate families, along with members of the Rotorua Festival of Gardens Committee, are not eligible to enter.

 

How to Enter:

• To enter, festival visitors must scan the Bayleys QR Code displayed at the gate of each participating garden between Friday 14 and Sunday 16 November 2025, and complete the online entry form.

• Each garden visited provides one entry into the prize draw.

 

Prize:

• The prize consists of a $250 Palmers Gift Voucher (incl. GST).

• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services.

 

Prize Draw:

• The winner will be drawn randomly from all eligible entries on Tuesday 18 November 2025.

• The winner will be notified by phone and email. If the winner cannot be reached within 3 working days, the prize may be redrawn at the promoter’s discretion.

 

Publicity:

• By entering, participants agree that their name, likeness, and any photographs or imagery taken during the Festival may be used by Bayleys and the Rotorua Festival of Gardens for promotional and publicity purposes, including digital and print media, without compensation.

 

General:

• Bayleys reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits incomplete information.

• Bayleys reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition, including these Terms & Conditions, at any time without notice if circumstances arise outside its control.

• The decision of the promoter in all matters relating to this competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

Privacy:

• Personal information collected through this competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion and contacting the winner.

• Information will be securely stored and will not be shared with any third parties.
